1. How do I recover my nickname if I reinstall the game or change my device?
Pick Flowers automatically saves a secure recovery code to your personal Apple iCloud account. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled for the app, your unique nickname and progress will be restored automatically upon reinstallation.
2. Why can't I see the global leaderboards?
To view the global and level-specific leaderboards, you need an active internet connection. Please check your Wi-Fi or cellular data and restart the app.
3. Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. Pick Flowers is a privacy-first game. We do not require an account password and we do not collect sensitive personal data. Only your chosen nickname and gameplay scores are saved to our leaderboards.
4. How does the game ensure fair competition?
Unlike other puzzle games, Pick Flowers features the exact same initial layout and the same sequence of falling flowers for every single player. The leaderboards purely reflect your strategy and skill!
